Once again I'm at Covent Garden flower market at 5am in search of the flowers that will make up our first selection of bouquets. We need them for product shoot day.

I approach the stand where we'd taken photos a few weeks ago. It's a busy morning so I loiter around and eventually approach the guy that had been laughing at me. 

He introduced himself as Punchy.
